**THE MOONLIGHTERS' Cindy Ball *is appearing in a new musical called* 
THUNDER* at the Fringe Festival. It features Jimmy Tate, a tap dancer 
who has worked with Savion Glover & Jeffrey Hines.  In "Thunder," Jimmy 
blends hypnotic tap-dancing, soulful original songs, and powerful spoken 
word to tell a compelling, emotional story of love, loss, and the 
realization of dreams...
