Ted Shafer has a catalog of CD's that he sells.  I have bought some from him 
at $15.  He specializes in the Yerba Buena Jazz Band, Turk Murphy and other 
west coast bands.  He also has some recordings of his own group which is 
called (naturall) the Merry Music Makers.
